Dr. Michael B. Wolfeld is a nationally recognized expert in the field of hair restoration. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, and Dr. Wolfeld is the only physician in the United States who is double board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery. He has been named to the New York Times list of Super Doctors from 2014-2019, the Castle Connelly list of “Top Doctors in America” for 2017 - 2020, and the 10 Best List of Plastic Surgeons 2018 by the American Institute of Plastic Surgeons. He has lectured on hair related topics, specifically robotic hair restoration, at international medical conferences as well as at local meetings in New York. He has published multiple articles in peer reviewed journals in the field of hair restoration. Dr. Wolfeld is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons; these are the pre-eminent and most prestigious societies for each specialty.
